This Week:
LAID - ...BEGINNINGS...(continued) [PreHistory-1500]
We will finish our analysis on PreColumbian America!

Prepare for a TEST on Wednesday! [BRING YOUR NOTEBOOKS FOR GRADING]
Study the CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES we discussed the first week, and the details on EARLY AMERICAN CULTURES.

REMEMBER you must have a U.S. CONSTITUTION DAILY. There could even be a test question on you having your copy....hint, hint, nudge, nudge, say-no-more, say-no-more, wink, wink...

NOT on this week's test...44 PRESIDENTS - keep going over all their names (first and last). Here's a sheet in case you need another one.
YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO KNOW THE FIRST ELEVEN BY THANKSGIVING.

ALSO the material on National Geography Bee is NOT on this test, either...

U.S. History Reading [permission from the author and publisher to reproduce the readings is on file]
For next Monday - Ch 14-16,20

NOTE! - the Reading from this next week will not be on this Wednesday's test - but questions up to this point COULD be on this week's exam. Go over your reading sheets...

In case you wish to read ahead another week:

NO WEEKLY CURRENTS this week.

BUT BRING YOUR NOTEBOOKS WEDNESDAY!

REMEMBER...

We will finish working on National Geography Bee UNIT I and II sheets on Thursday. If you need another copy, Unit I Sheet and Unit II Sheet are due this Thursday (we will work on them in class).

You need to learn all the names of the countries in NORTH AMERICA (and their capitols). ALSO you will learn the 50 states, and Canadian Provinces.

NORTH AMERICA MAP

Here are the LYRICS for the Yakko's World Song.

REMEMBER the STARK the EAGLE statue holds a DUE! signboard in my classroom. If you do not check the blogspot for deadlines, you can always check that signboard.

No one should NOT know what is due...when it is due...
